Mother’s Day tea and spring hats are favourite springtime traditions.

This year, we’re inviting you to bring Mom (and your entire family!) to Lynn Valley Centre’s First Annual Spring Tea – A Mother’s Day Event for Families being held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This by-donation event is open to the public and pays tribute to local seniors for their continued support of the retailers at Lynn Valley Centre.

Here, families can enjoy stories of yesteryear and Old Time live music performances shared by some of the older adults in our community.

Traditional afternoon high-tea which includes dainty finger sandwiches, scrumptious desserts, coffee and tea will also be served.

This event is supported by the Lynn Valley Seniors Association, which happens to be celebrating its 20^th Anniversary this year.  Based at the Mollie Nye House, this non-profit organization enriches the lives of senior’s in the local area with programs and fellowship.

This will be the first Mother’s Day tea to be hosted by Lynn Valley Centre, with plans to make it an annual event. We look forward to seeing you there! https://shoplynnvalley.com/
