The Northwest Entrance – Construction team has completed the foundation and are in the process of erecting steel columns and pillar installs over the next few weeks. The entrance will remain closed until closer to end of February, provided there are no delays.
As an alternative, we ask guests to use the Northeast and Southeast entrances, as well as parking facility and Southwest entrance.
Southwest Entrance – The Southwest Entrance is anticipated to be fully opened by Monday, February 15th, 2021. We continue with the alternate access via the former Presentation Centre until such time when we can fully open the entrance.
Landscape fencing was installed along Valley Centre Avenue separating the Safeway property from Lynn Valley Centre and to protect the newly installed garden median.
I would like to remind guests that this is a construction site. For your safety, please ensure you are vigilant when walking about the site and obeying all posted signage.
We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation while we work through the renovations.
Your favorite local tenants may be struggling right now. Tenants are open and available to the public for your local shopping needs and could use your support.
Live Well Exercise Clinic specializes in exercise for people who have medical needs – they might be suffering from heart disease, diabetes, cancer or have some other need that requires more specialized care. Many of the clients they see don’t feel comfortable at a regular gym, and a great deal of the attraction of Live Well is the community and support they feel as members there. The Live Well team was quick to realize that while the gym might be closed, their clients still needed support and community. They rapidly transitioned to online training to keep contact with their clients and to ensure that they didn’t reverse the progress they had made at Live Well. Now that the gym is back open, Live Well is using best practices to ensure that their staff and vulnerable clients are safe. The fact that the staff genuinely care for their clients shines through.
