Summer Dayz Contest Series

Thank you for entering, the contest is now closed. All weekly winners as well as our grand prize winners have been notified and awarded their prizes.

We are celebrating summer with you at Lynn Valley Centre and you could WIN an exciting prize package weekly over five weeks, starting July 27 to August 30, 2020.

And all Entries are eligible to WIN a fabulous Grand Prize of a $1000 value Shopping Spree at Lynn Valley Centre PLUS a 90-Day membership at Live Well Exercise Clinic, an additional $500 value. The Grand Prize Draw takes place from all the correctly filled out entries received when the Contest Series closes on August 30th.

Here is how it works. At the end of each week, Lynn Valley Centre will make a draw from all the correctly filled out entries received. Each weekly prize package is valued up to $300.

Rules and Regulations

  • To be eligible to enter Lynn Valley Centre’s “SUMMER DAYZ CONTEST SERIES” (the Contest), you must be a resident of B.C. and 16 years of age or older. Employees of Lynn Valley Centre or its agents, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, contest suppliers or a member of such employee’s immediate family, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns, are not eligible to enter.
  • To enter, complete in full the entry ballot form supplied by Lynn Valley Centre, also available online at shoplynnvalley.com website, before 5:00 pm, Sunday, August 30, 2020.
  • ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER WEEK. Any contestant who enters more than once per week will be automatically disqualified. No purchase is required.
  • To qualify, winners will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question.
  • On or before September 1, 2020, Lynn Valley Centre will randomly draw one correctly completed entry form from all entries received for each of the five weeks, July 27, August 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2020 for weekly prizes. Entries are returned to draw for the Grand Prize of a $1000 Shopping Spree at Lynn Valley Centre in North Vancouver, BC and a certificate for one 90-Day individual membership to services at Live Well Exercise Clinic at Lynn Valley Centre, 2nd floor, an approximate value of $500. Winners release, waive and forever discharge all right to claim damages against Lynn Valley Centre for any loss or injury sustained as a result of accepting a prize. Winners will be contacted by phone.
  • By submitting an entry ballot form you agree that, if you win, your name and/or photograph may be published by Lynn Valley Centre for the purposes of promotion, advertising, and trade without further compensation. All entries become the property of Lynn Valley Centre.
  • The “SUMMER DAYZ CONTEST SERIES” contest winner (and legal name or guardian where necessary) will be required to sign a Waiver/Release of liability in advance of receiving the prize in favour of Lynn Valley Centre, Bosa Development Corporation, 666479 BC Ltd. and other sponsors such that none of them shall be liable for the use or misuse of any of the prizes. The grand prize winner and weekly prize winners are subject to all restrictions imposed by the prize Provider and will be responsible to accept the terms of spending the prize value with the prize provider.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, transfers or other compensation will be allowed. All federal, provincial and municipal taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • The Contest offers one prize package per week over five weeks followed by one Grand Prize of a Lynn Valley Centre Shopping Spree valued at $1000 and a certificate for one 90-Day individual membership to services at Live Well Exercise Clinic at Lynn Valley Centre, 2nd floor, an approximate value of $500. The value of the five weekly prize packages is approximately $200 to $300. Prizes must be redeemed with the providers before November 30, 2020. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
  • In order to win the Grand Prize and other prizes in the Contest, entries are drawn in succession starting with the first correct Entry Ballot drawn from the Contest Box. All contact information must be provided as requested on the Entry Ballots. The succession of drawn entries identifies potential winners. All contact is made by telephone by the Contest organizer. If contact is not successfully made within the first 48 hours of the Draw date and time, the Contest organizer reserves the right to move forward to the next correct Entry Ballot drawn from the same Contest Box to award the Grand Prize within a 48 hour period through the succession of correct entry ballots.
  • Prize are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and all fulfillment of the prizes must be completed by November 30, 2020.
  • The contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules & Regulations and the decisions of Lynn Valley Centre, which are final.
  • All decisions of Lynn Valley Centre with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final.
  • By entering the Contest, you acknowledge these rules and automatically accept them.
